What to expect
01
Before the session
To ensure your session runs smoothly and we capture the absolute best shots of every performer, please review these essential prep steps before arriving at the studio:
- Arrive Fully Dressed: Our studio schedule runs on strict, precise timings. Please arrive wearing your first (or main) costume so we can get you straight onto the white backdrop without losing any of your shooting time.
- Hair & Makeup Ready: All hair styling and makeup should be fully applied before you enter the studio. There will be no time for touch-ups or styling once your session block begins.
- Punctuality is Key: Your session will start exactly at the time booked. Because bookings are scheduled back-to-back, we unfortunately cannot extend your time if you are running late. We highly recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early to check in and warm up.
- Clean Footwear Only: To keep our signature white backdrops crisp, flawless, and marks-free, please ensure all dance shoes are thoroughly cleaned before stepping onto the set. If you are shooting barefoot, ensure feet are clean and dry.
- Pack Light: Bring only the essentials. Space in the waiting and studio areas is limited, so please limit extra bags and accessories to just what is needed for the shoot.

During the session
Our studio sessions are fast, high-energy, and completely focused on capturing your best angles. Here is how your 15-minute time slot is structured from start to finish:
- 15-Minute Total Session: Every booking is a precise 15-minute block. We maximize every second to ensure a professional, stress-free experience.
- The Warm-Up & Set Up (Minutes 1–3): We start with a quick check-in to look at your outfit, discuss the style of dance, and get the performer comfortable on our clean white backdrop.
- The Shoot (Minutes 4–11): We spend roughly 7 to 8 minutes capturing active choreography and portraits.
- Reference Poses Available: Don’t worry about freezing up on camera! We have a selection of reference poses and shape ideas on hand to guide the performer, ensuring we get crisp, beautifully framed shots.
- Quick Review (Minutes 12–15): We wrap up the final few minutes by doing a quick review of the images on screen. This ensures you leave knowing we’ve captured shots you absolutely love before the next session begins.
15 minutes will go fast, but we assure you, we can get a lot done in that time! Thanks to our precise schedule and professional studio workflow, we will capture plenty of incredible, high-quality shots without you ever feeling rushed.

After the session
Once you step off the backdrop, our post-production process begins. Here is what happens next and how you can access your final images:
- Quick Gallery Turnaround: You won’t have to wait long! Within 1–2 days of your shoot, we will email you a link to your private online gallery so you can view your portraits in your own time.
- Secure & Password Protected: To ensure total privacy, all galleries are strictly password-protected. Your unique password will be securely communicated directly to you in your delivery email.
- Hassle-Free Package Downloads: Your gallery will clearly show how many digital downloads are allocated to your purchased package. You can browse through the proofs and select your absolute favorites to download.
- PIN-Verified Downloads: To prevent any accidents or mistakes, like accidentally clicking and downloading the wrong image, the system will require you to enter a specific PIN number (provided in your email) to confirm your final selection.
- 1-Year Gallery Access: Your private gallery will remain active and securely stored online for 1 full year. This gives you plenty of time to share the link with family or come back later if you need to access your files again.
- Purchasing Additional Images: Fall in love with more photos than your package includes? Don’t worry! You can easily unlock and download additional high-resolution images directly through the gallery for an additional fee.
