Booking Terms & Conditions

By booking, you agree to the following studio terms:


Location & Timing: Sessions are held at Unit 20 Millennium Business Park, Enterprise Close, Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, NG19 7JY


  • Your shoot starts exactly at the booked time. Late arrivals cannot have their time extended.
  • 24-Hour Cancellation: Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your shoot for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
  • Chaperones: A parent or guardian must be present at all times for anyone under 18.
  • Gallery & Downloads: Your private gallery will be emailed in 1–2 days. Your package includes set downloads; extra images can be bought directly from the gallery.
  • Marketing Use: We may use images on our website and social media for marketing. Please email us before your shoot if you wish to opt out.
  • Copyright: Images are for personal use and portfolios only, and cannot be resold or used commercially.

Please note that many of our mini sessions are scheduled back-to-back. We kindly ask all guests to be mindful of the client who may still be on set before your session begins. This helps ensure they receive the best possible experience and allows our photographers to remain focused on capturing their images without interruption.
